El Cliente Indiscreto is the first Spanish company specialized in Mystery Shopping services. We were born in 1999 in Elche with the purpose of helping companies to provide a better service to their customers.
In 2011, our company changes its shareholders and Galiano brothers, Antonio (founding partner) and Pepe Galiano, become the CEOs of the company. Antonio is the commercial director and Pepe is the project director, they are the perfect tandem!
From this moment on, our projects acquire a more international dimension. We join the MSPA and become local partners.
