In the event of any orders received from customers and users, our company guarantees all its services pursuant to legally established procedures for each specific type product or service. Therefore, in the event of any non conformity, we will deal with any complaints made within two years from the date of delivery.
Our products and services shall be deemed as compliant with our service agreement, provided that these are as described and suitable for their intended use under normal circumstances and in view of their quality specifications and features that may be reasonably expected from similar products or services.
In these regards, should any of the products and services fail to comply with our agreement, User shall be required to notify us by any of the contact means available for this purpose.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
In the event of any orders received from customers and users, they shall be entitled to a refund within 14 calendar days without providing any reason. This cooling off period shall expire after 14 days from the date when the service began or the goods were received by the User or any third party designated by them, other than the shipping company.

Alternatively, you may use our contact form to notify us via a statement confirming your unequivocal decision to terminate our Agreement.
Your right to a refund shall exclusively apply to those products that are returned in the same conditions as they were received.
Upon delivery of the product, should USERS consider that these are not as described in the Agreement, they shall be required to contact us as soon as possible using our contact form and providing us with all details concerning the product and any damages detected.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
USERS hereby acknowledge and consent that any copyright, trade mark and other intellectual and industrial property rights affecting the materials or contents provided within the Website shall remain under our ownership or, where applicable, that of our licensors. USERS shall be entitled to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
In the event of any controversies or issues concerning this website or any related activities both parties hereby agree to submit themselves expressly to Spanish legislation. Any conflicts arising or related to its use shall be submitted to the Arbitration Court of Alicante (Spain), located at Alicante’s Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Shipping, who shall be in charge of dealing with the relevant arbitration and designation of arbitrators, pursuant to their Regulations and Bylaws, which shall be resolved pursuant to Spanish legislation.

ANT SERVICALIDAD, S.L. shall not share any details with any third parties except by legal requirement or demand, or as required in view of their legal relationship. Likewise, ANT SERVICALIDAD, S.L. hereby informs all USERS that they do not intend to transfer any data to any third party country or international organisation.
In either case, USERS shall remain entitled to access their personal details, as well as to request their rectification or removal, restrict their processing and request their portability, in conformity with the legal provisions, i.e., by contacting ANT SERVICALIDAD, S.L. at info@clienteindiscreto.com, including a copy of your National ID.
